Workout of the day 26 Apr

Got up early in the morning, hit the gym by around 530 in the morning. Today was essentially bag day, so I have a bit of a catch in my bag, but I was able to do the exercises nevertheless. In fact, the cat seems to be reducing, so that's a good sign, I guess. After that I felt that there's more fuel in the tank, so to speak. And then I went ahead and picked some legs, leg extensions, squats, calf raises

Back and Leg today followed by zone 2 cardio. Burnt about 1251 cals.
