SayCo Show: Safety pin symbol

article image placeholderUploaded by @saycoshow
And basically what it symbolizes is that the person wearing the pin on your clothing is willing to offer a safe place for women or immigrants, gays, queer people, people of color, and other marginalized groups. And I thought, wow, how easy is that? You can give away a free smile, and then you can also wear a safety pin on your clothes, your bag, whatever. And when people see that it's really becoming popular, people know that they're safe with you

You're safe with me. #SayCoShow #Gay #Queer #Marginalized #SafetyPin.
