SayCo Show: 💉🩸queer blood given check✔️

article image placeholderUploaded by @saycoshow
I have a lot of friends that have walked in and lied because they wanted to save lives and they know that the blood is always checked and cleaned several times before issuing it out to a person in need. But I just couldn't do it. All my life. I just could not. There were times that I was asked to and I would answer the questions honestly, and then I was denied

The government ban on donating blood was lifted. Today for the 1st time in my life, I gave a blood donation part two #Saycoshow #Gay #Queer #Blood

Like I said, I've never donated blood or plasma, but beematch.org, everybody. Beematch.org is an organization that matches donors for bone marrow. And what you do is you sign up for it. And if there's ever a need for someone that needs bone marrow, something that is an immediate need, it's a very, like, matches are hard to find. You'll just go on a registry. You're on it forever

Of course, everything was in rainbow. And we said no. There was organizations there hoping that we would give them the gifts and the backpacks and the gift cards. And we did. There was an organization there that supports queer homeless youth, and so we gave our stuff over to them. We're just going to try to link our church with their church. As far as helping the queer youth that are homeless, we usually work with the Oasis center and they run out of beds pretty quick

I don't. I think it really is a big deal. And, I mean, it's like you said, it's something you always wanted to do, and it was historical, man. It's like civil rights for gay rights. It's a thing, man. It's a big deal. Sorry, kids came and attacked me, but, yeah, that's a big deal. It is a big deal. It's a historical moment. And I raised my glass to you
