In order to transform into a different version or transform into a better self, you need to put in certain amount of work, while change is something that keeps happening on its own as well, a lot of the time. So it's not always something that we are actively controlling. So, yes, I absolutely agree that people are changing all the time. And I think change does not always incorporate in its purview the positive changes
