Veggie Delight --Tasty food at its Healthy best!

A small pitch of katori which we call in Hindi full of peanuts, almonds and cashew nut or any other nut which gives you protein. But it's crunchy and tasty. The idea is to get crunch in the food. And then this big plate in which you can have all your veggies which you have been neglecting. Now I put in tomato, then I put in beet, cucumber, yanikira and amla which I love but I can't have because of the taste

Hi, Sanjay. A very good morning. This is indeed a very healthy recipe that you have shared, and it has, I think, all the nourishing and wholesome ingredients in it. Being a dietitian, I keep recommending different recipes to my clients, and I'm sure I'm going to share your recipe, too. Hello, Sanjay. Sir. I'm Kadambari Gupta and I'm so sorry that I am replying late to your swell as I was busy with so much of work but thank you for this recipe. And I do eat chickpeas. I do eat almonds and paneer. I don't eat that much. But thank you for putting up this recipe as I think a good diet is very important. And it is said that breakfast is a very important meal

Hello. Thank you, Kadambari. Thank you. I hope you try this dish. It is quite tasty. You know, I take it when I'm watching a movie instead of I've switched over from taking potato chips to this. So if I start seeing a movie at seven in the night and then till 930, this sort of takes care of my dinner now. Or I can have it in my daytime, have it at least two or three times a week
