Yeah, I just want to wish everybody an early happy 4 July recording this a day early because I'm going to be as lazy as possible tomorrow. So I probably won't find any time tomorrow to record this. But we had a busy weekend here at my house. We had double birthdays. My two daughters each had their birthday
Hey, Matt. How's it going? Happy 4 July to you and your family. Very cool 4 July tradition that you have. I also like the bit that you mentioned about being as lazy as you can be. I think that that's an excellent way to spend the 4 July holiday. Admittedly, I'm not the most patriotic person, so when it comes to the 4 July, it definitely kind of falls pretty low on my tier of important holidays

Hi Matt. Two things before I get to your question. Happy birthday to your daughters. I hope they had a good one and hope for countless more. Also, I am hard pressed to find a better movie speech than Bill Pullman's that I agree was a great movie. There's so many things to love about it and that is definitely at the top. As far as my 4 July traditions, they've actually kind of been interrupted by the events of the last three years or so

And then to be perfectly frank, typically if I am grilling during the daytime, probably also having an adult beverage or several. And so we're of course not going to drive after that. So that has made the home based celebration our primary mode. So that tends to be how we will spend our fourth. And I expect this year will be no different

And speaking of birthdays, not only is it coming up to the 4 July, but in a couple of days after the Fourth will be my birthday. My birthday is July 10, so so, you know, and we're so we're celebrating with some family for that before I go on vacation because I'll be on vacation for my actual birthday.
