Are you giving yourself the time and concern to the inner thoughts which are always boggling inside your mind?

But then again, when you're low, everything just hits different and social media becomes somewhat of a toxic place to be in at that time. So yeah, I completely agree that you need to prioritize yourself at times and just stay away from all the triggers, everything that might trigger you into feeling even worse and just take care of your wellbeing, of your health, your physical health, since that also impacts your mental health to a great extent and also welcome on Swell

It's totally perceived because the perception of every person out there is so different that what we try to see out is. So guys always keep that in mind, then it's for a freaking reason. Hii, I am to swell. Sharing my thoughts here!

All of you, regardless of whether you're 15 or 50 or 70, you all need to spend some quality time with yourself, some quality alone time with yourself, to learn about yourself, to understand yourself, to understand your own strengths and weaknesses. Now, this is important because nobody, when I say nobody, not even our parents, friends, relatives or loved ones, know us better than us. Nobody can understand ourselves like we do. So it is important that we understand ourselves

Therapy can be very triggering and uncomfortable and that's the whole point of counseling therapy or healing that it just brings out all the blockages in your subconscious or the body stuff we have been carrying for ages and sometimes it takes years. But of course we have to do the main work. We have to do the daily maintenance and all it's a struggle and everybody is working at their own pace and it's very important not to compare ourselves with anybody and yeah. So I'm learning the same thing

Yeah, of course. Amir and both the physical and mental health is more important for the survival of an individual. Right? But we often forget these things in our busy schedule and complaining ourselves that we get we didn't get enough time for all these things. So I need to tell that we should spend time for ourselves. Ourselves which means for our inner self that would be doing meditation, having a trip. This all can make us something appeasing status
