Energy exchange.. keep yourself protected against nasty low energy .. not long video but general thoughts ðŸ’
So even if they're toxic, I don't know, they'll get some good energy flowing and then they'll kind of change their energy flow a little bit. But that's just a little bit on covering the energetic connections. So keep yourself protected, be aware and always say good things about yourself. Even if you have to stick sticky notes on your bathroom, on your bed, on your walls. Say good things about yourself. Be nice to yourself. Love yourself
