Hey Samira, again a really nice topic chosen by you that's the mental health and after the times of COVID and pandemic, many of our people are having mental issues. And mental health is something that is a serious problem these days. Even the young students and the young generation, the teenagers are facing a lot of problems. We also take steps to avoid this like meditation exercises and do something that makes us happy
