I feel so good about myself, my body and just my skin just be so comfortable in my skin when I dance and when I'm sad and I start dancing with playing some sad music or anything that suits that particular time so I start feeling more sad which is quite okay, I think because when you release your emotions, if you're keeping that in your heart and not expressing it and you're not accepting yourself only that you are sad about that thing or that particular thing that happened in your life, you'll not overcome it, you will not move on from it and the day you accept it, it's the day that you let it go
