And what I mean by that is what are you using to record yourself?

I primarily Swell on an iPhone 13, and occasionally I'll do it on my Seven B, but I found the quality is not as good as the actual phone. So I think most of the time it just depends on your device and as well as if you keep the microphone grill clean and dust free. So if you don't clean it out and you decide to try to record on Swell, the audio won't come out as good
