And his life story, full of adventure, cosmic interventions and synchronicity, is an extraordinary one that deals with nothing less than individual and spiritual transformation. I'm really curious to know what really sparked the idea, um, or the concept for this book

Whoever reads this book, it's a book that is it was not about, you know, that, you know, 40,000, 50,000 people read the book. I just know that whoever needs this book and needs the healing that is in this book will read the book

In the book, you talk about nature being the teacher to man, and I think that's a profound thought, as it is becoming all the more evident that our disconnection from the natural world is a major contributor to the environmental crisis that we are headed towards. Could I have your thoughts around this?

Nature is that one component or the environment in which the human machine and the body can really function, reboot and function back again to its best efficiency. US knowing this is important, what we always say is yes, we forget it, but I will disagree with this, the information is within us. First point and the second thing that I'd like to bring about is that our disconnection to nature is something that we as humans need to keep reminding ourselves

Thank you so much for sharing that. Samantha in the book, you also talk about the real meaning of love. That when you love someone you need to help them become the best version of themselves. I so love that philosophy. But I'm curious. Is that what love is to?

I think as when I started, love was very how much I love my son and how much I love my mother and the love of my life. It was a person or how I like my chocolate. And then as I started my spiritual journey, and also while I was writing the book, I realized that I used to never understand what these suf poems were all about

I think I'll leave you with one final question. Samantha. I'm sure you've been asked this several times before. What is the significance of the title Arribada? Also, I would love for you to read out a short excerpt from the book for the Swell community. Thank you

You. So the word Aribada actually is a Spanish word, and it is, you know, the arrival of the turtle on the nesting beach. So when a turtle is born, kemps ridley. Oliver Ridley turtle is born, it will, as it hatches, it runs straight into the water and then if it survives, it will roam around and go and feed on different other beaches, but every year, it'll come back to the beach that it was born on

And I'm not surprised to see her over here because the way she expresses her thoughts, the way she is confident in what she says, I think itself is so good. You feel enlightened, you feel positive. And I remember I am still working with the Tata. So we collaborated with the World Skill Competition team, and she was also part of that team. So we collaborated in enhancing their soft skills. So we shared those moments in Gurgao
