Some days we don't feel like doing anything or we just feel like sleeping all day and not coming out of our bed. But it's okay to do so. Like, it's A-A-A form of self love shouldn't try to fight it. Instead, you should embrace it, because it's not necessary to be the best every day

But your swell was a reminder to me that we really need rest in order to fully be present for all the things that we care about and want to do. And it's okay to have some weeks or days or even months, honestly, where we need to move a little more slowly, get a little more rest and just snuggle up until we have a little more energy
