When can Defamation Law be applied? Who can accuse someone for Defamation?

If the comment or the statement was made in a fair and bona fide manner and that the statement is a matter of public interest, then the person will not be affected under the defamation law. The defendant will be set free. Another is a privileged statement. One cannot sue for defamation in certain instances. When a statement is considered privileged, we will discuss privilege in another as well. Statements which are made in court proceedings do not constitute defamation. These are all for the defamation law

@ruchaa you very beautifully expressed your views on defamation however, I would like to give a broader definition and add a few point on the same.

And also, one more thing. Defamation is something defamation is something in which the essentials are need to be fulfilled, which has been mentioned already mentioned in your video. Thank you so much, ma'am
