The body has a soul and the soul is the wanderer

I wanted to tie in how unless you've had some long illness, or if you've ever broken a bone in your body or complicated surgery, just any surgery that requires time off work, time to recover, depending on your support system, it can really take a toll mentally. And it feels sometimes like people don't understand what you're going through because perhaps maybe they've never gone through it

Hi. I really like the title of this well and also just your strength and being able to talk about what you're going through. So thank you for sharing that on here. I'm sorry that you are having to go through this. I personally have not gone through something similar, but I know people close in my life who have and it's so important to be able to have an outlet for it

So I thought, okay, well, this feels like a traumatic experience. In some ways, it is. Going from night to day with your body is definitely going to cause some issues. And so I thought it was really interesting that your brain can't tell the difference if it's emotional pain or physical pain. It's read as emotional pain
