Because he made it in cuffs, right to the precinct where he didn't even serve any jail time, because that would be even more illegal. Not that what they have done to him wasn't already illegal. And so they did not want this on record, and they ended up throwing it out of court because the million dollar question was me being a living human being man against taken to court by a business, a corporation. Where's the injured party? Where is this uniformed employee?
