And she was telling me that she's been having trouble with this kind of problem for a while and she's brought it up to her management and they're working on a solution. But until then, there wasn't much that they could do to help me find this package that was apparently delivered at the front office that they do not have record of. So therefore the common sense wouldn't happen because it's not common in both areas. We can go a lot deeper and all that kind of fun stuff. I'm sure there's theories that prove this or disprove it or whatever, but this is just stuff that I've kind of picked up on my journey in this 20 years. So I appreciate you reaching out.
