There's a lot of making sure we're not missing anything, a lot of preparation, a lot of gathering, a lot of changes of energy as I move through the house. And when I noticed the wilting of the flowers on Wednesday, I found it very fascinating because I was like, I do feel a little tense today. I wonder if my energy has anything to do with the reason why these flowers are wilting

Yes. Yes. Our energy, I think, affects everything around us that holds life. Well. I'm an Empath, so I have to daily use a practice of releasing any energy that's not mine. Right. And and I don't just because I do it at home, I don't just release it into my home. Right? I have to make sure there's an open window
