Well, I can't talk about what I was working in, but I could meet my wife every now and then. So a friend of mine brought her to the restaurant where we met, which was in Brunau Amsi, which was across the old river in Austria. Really nice restaurant. Brunau is the same city that Hitler was born in. Born over a butcher shop, go figure. But this was a great restaurant. So I asked him to stick around, have dinner with us
And then the guy that brought my wife to the restaurant came out and grabbed me and pulled me up into his lap. He dropped to the pavement, pulled me up in his lap, and felt for a pulse somewhere in my neck, I guess. And then he started yelling at me, breathe, sucker. And he smacked me in the chest. Because we didn't have CPR back then. Nobody was trained in any of that stuff
It sticking all kinds of things in my throat and up my nose and all stuff. So I don't know what the hell is going on, but I'm feeling a lot of heat on the back of my neck. And I thought, this must be the emergency light, and I must be bumping up against it. That's what my thought was. I turned around, and I was enveloped in a white light. The light was the brightest light I've ever been in
