Hello, everyone. It's Tuesday, so it's time for another episode of What Am I Doing With My Life? We're on episode three. The past two have been awesome and I'm so excited to have Lady Gervis with us for episode three. I don't want to give too much away because I want Lottie Lottie to introduce herself, but I think we're going to be talking about cooking and art and a bunch of other beautiful things. So welcome, lady

Heat in the kitchen and on the stage 🌟 Welcome Lottie! #WhatAmIDoingWithMyLife #WithRo

We've rented a cozy little space and there's going to be cocktail making and collaging, and I'm teaching a little pickling workshop. We're going to have cocktails and all that, and then everyone will sit down to a five course meal. And so, yeah, it's really daunting. But I have a couple of friends who are helping me out, and I know I have the support I need

Oh, lottie. I love this. We went to school together and stuff. We had some classes, but it's so lovely to hear, like, what makes up your days? And I love the concept of, oh, my gosh, I think it's been so cool to follow your journey. And congratulations for your reaching the one year mark. That's so exciting. And I love the idea of the seasonal depression, soiree I think it's just so beautiful

I'm so sorry I'm ten days late on this. I didn't know there was a second question. But I'm here now, so I think with the balance, I love this. It's like that. How does she do it all? She's a modern woman, but I think I really can't sit still for too long

I want to know a little bit about the beginning of my gosh. Well, the beginning of your relationship to cooking and food. Yeah. I have a million questions that come after that. But I guess, yes, you and cooking, how did that start? How did you get to such a good level that people want to pay you for your food? And one last question. Just ask three. How do you keep the work exciting for you?

Okay, now to answer your questions, also, thank you for your gushing. It really makes me feel so nice. Okay, so how did I get into food? I've always been really into food. I think it's like something to do with being Jewish. Every Friday night, we gathered as a family over Shabbat dinner, and sometimes we'd have guests. And I think Shabbat was like my introduction to a nice meal. It would always be a little bit more special than the weeknights
