Hello. So I'm a bit late with this last week, so actually episode follow up to my interview with Edithia, which I had so much fun doing. And if you haven't listened to it, I recommend that you do, because Dittya is insightful, smart, hilarious, and I love the way that they phrase things. Um, and so the advice that Aditya gave me was to recognize the brilliant moments in the everyday

There are two things that I realized as I did this for five days, which was that that I realized that I do it in my head a lot. I, like, scope out certain scenes that I'm like, oh, I would I would love to include that in, like, an essay or story, like a little video. But the act of writing it down, I think, keeps it keeps it it, like, gains a little bit of permanence in my mind

I'll take my journal to work with me, and I'll take my little notepad where I write down my ideas. My little notepad stays in my pocket. So as I'm working and moving around, if I have an idea, I'll literally stop what I'm doing and I'll jot it down and I feel like I have some pretty creative ideas

But I'll look back on these notebooks where I've done a tiny little drawing every day, and it'll just help me remember the image so well, and it makes me giggle. And it's fun. It's a fun little yeah, it's different than journaling. It kind of like, activates a different part of my brain, which I always appreciate
