Hey, everybody, real quick, this instagram post from Mike Tyson really, really struck me. And this is Coach Rob, by the way, but Tyson talks about peace, stanility, sanity, sanity. And I'm not going to recount the link, you can listen to it yourself, but the premise is really talking about how powerful it is that if you don't have those three three things in your life peace, stability, sanity, but you have all this other stuff, right?
