I failed in my own twelve step program trying to quit smoking. The one habit that I have to admit is one of the nastiest habits ever formed and one of the hardest to ever kick next to Opioids. I have to admit that because my third time is a charm, I think I'll be able to do it this time. But yes, everyone has a habit to kick. Regardless of the fact everyone has a habit to kick
And to me, that's anytime I've ever tried to get over something in life that was a little daunting, a little challenging, if I started with finding my why, I was able to then discover a lot of strength to actually put it down and not pick it up again.
