They will give us 12 hours, 14 hours of work to complete it, but they won't secure a job that is totally, like, an unnetic nugget, as per my distinct and people. Will go through with the commitments and all as per their pays. But they don't know if this kind of layoffs happen, what they're going to do in the future. And nowadays, no one is saving the money that is and biggest mistakes everyone does

Hi. So I absolutely agree with you that with time, the concept of job security has changed a lot, especially with the mass layoff. I think it has been impacting the entire corporate world. Right. And yes, it's true that it's really important to cultivate our skills, I think more than our academic education, I think our skills are what's really going to matter in the long run
