This is just for anyone who's in education, whether your first year or you've been in education for some time, any type of education, whether it's training or what have you. How do you deal with it? How do you deal with the burnout? How do you deal with the frustration? How do you deal with the exhaustion? Teaching is a calling. It's a passion. But for me but I guess my question is, what do you do?
