How to deal with stress?

Often it is seen that after a traumatic event, people may have strong and lingering reactions. These events may include personal or environmental disasters or threats within assault. The symptoms may be physical, emotional, or even mental. So there are some healthy ways which help you to cope with stress. For example, you need to take care of yourself. You need to eat healthy, get plenty of sleep and give yourself a break

This was really great with Wika as last few days of mine were very hectic due to my exams and assignments in all and it was very stressful for me to cope up with all of my work and all thanks to for sharing this well it is really very helpful

It can just be talking to someone whom you trust, as you correctly said, because when you share things with someone, it does lighten up your heart and you feel that okay. There is someone. But it's not the case with everyone. Everyone may not be as lucky to have someone with whom they can share everything. So for them, what I would advise is that they could start writing
