And at night, of course, switching off all the lights and just getting on the bed, thinking about things, trying to it works really well when you want to seek something inside, when you want to look inside and you want to introspect and think about things or meditate, as you said, or even take rest. A dark room is definitely so darkness is not always a bad thing. It depends on the context
