Hey, Risha. Beautiful practice. I cannot wait to see what else you do here on swell. I just came back from Sedona, spending a weekend there with their Sedona yoga festival. It was incredible. Such a healing experience. If you've never been, I highly recommend it. But nonetheless, thanks for bringing that little bit of gratitude and healing here through your swellcast. I look forward to more

Thank you so much for your comment. That really inspires me to make more of these. And also, thank you for letting me know about the Sedona yoga festival. I'll definitely look into it. Have a great day

But to mindfully sit down every day at the end of the day and find things that I'm grateful for, I notice I am happier in more ways than I can imagine, because even when things are going wrong, in hindsight, you realize they're actually going right. So I think the power of gratitude is probably the most potent and under used power of all. So I appreciate the space and you reiterating that so beautifully. Thank you

You. Hi. I couldn't agree with you more. Gratitude is such a tremendous, tremendously powerful thing. And I think it's because it's not as easily seen. It's completely forgotten about. So I guess I make these little swell casts for me as much as whoever needs to hear them. Thank you again. I hope you have a wonderful day
