Affirmation Meditation on Self Love

As you breathe out, let go of any self criticism or doubt you may be holding on to. Repeat these affirmations quietly or out loud. I am worthy of love just because I exist. I treat myself with kindness and nurture the love within me. I acknowledge my strengths and forgive my flaws, embracing my humanity. I prioritize my well being and happiness, honoring my needs. I trust in my journey and learn from my experiences. I am enough as I am deserving of love and respect
