Learning to Accept Praise

By accept praise with grace, we inspire others to acknowledge their own achievements and recognize the importance of celebrating one another because these things are crucial. Additionally, accept praise can boost our self esteem and confidence. When we internalize these positive feedbacks, it becomes a source of motivation. It reminds us of our ability, reinforces our belief in ourself, and encourages us to reach greater heights. By accepting praise, we can cultivate a positive mindset that can propel us forward personally and professionally

Also, a little trick that I used before I was comfortable accepting praise was to just thank somebody for being kind enough to respond to the work or to respond to what I'd said or to what I'd done. I think that's kind of a good way to trick the brain into slowly accepting that you have earned whatever you've earned and that you've done it to fruition. It's important, but yeah, it's certainly something to work through through something that feels very ingrained sometimes

You. Hello. Thank you for your response. I like the tool that you were using to learn to accept praise. That was brilliant. Actually, I think the big part of learning to accept praise is just learning to accept who you are her. And I think the more the way. But to accept that we are worthy, that we are capable, and that we are loved, then accepting those type of praises and rewards for the work that we do becomes easier. Thank you again for responding
