If it is empty you won't be able to give anyone anything. If you want to give love to others then the jug should be filled up of love. So first feel the jug before loving others feel your heart with love. When we talk about the heart being full, the love of our parents, friends and family you know what's the most important thing? Love yourself. If you hate yourself and don't love yourself, you are always hating God
