Ep. 6–Running Through the Fog
Hearing that from a total stranger is what gives running some of its magic as I got off the path and onto the park road, I noticed fog had settled in above 6ft off the ground, the air was clear. Was I still going to run through this? Yep, I was already there, so I thought I might as well keep going. I don't like to quit runs before I finish, unless I'm dead, dog tired or somehow get injured
