Books, acting, travel and in between
I don't know, I sort of just lost the thread of reading them. But this one got me hooked right from the beginning. It starts like a young adult fiction, but it is not. I think Stephen King can cut across genres, cut across audiences and age groups. And this one is the same. And though I'm still in the middle of it, I love the mini illustration in the beginning of the chapter, the way the chapters are named

But Stephen King writing a fairy tale esque book that's definitely uncommon and something I have never heard of. Like I said, so, yeah, sounds very interesting. I'll I guess I'll pick up the book, read it, and let you know

Hey, Aishani, I hope I've pronounced your name correctly. So good to hear from you. Yes, I totally agree with you. In fact, I have watched most of his movies and limited series on OTT, and I remember I had read about this book sometime back and then I just saved it in my Amazon wish list and I was revisiting it this February Brewery, and I thought, oh, okay, let me try. Why is it called a fairy tale?

Usually memoirs are very emotional, very how do you say you feel like you actually know the person after reading the memoir? And books that give advice on writing would be sort of like detached or more formal in nature and more structured. But this was like a blend of the two and that was very enjoyable and it was really we get to see the world from the writing world from the background, and you have an end product as well. So I liked that part of it

Ah. Hi, Kavya. Well, yes, I have read Stephen King's on writing and there was this phase when I was in one of my many lives, an editor and writer. And then that was the time I was trying to read the memoirs of my memoirs, biographies of all my favorite writers. And yeah, I remember reading his and I totally agree with you, it's very different from what you usually get to read. Why I'm pausing so much?
