To reset your circadian rhythm, get clear on what situation you're really dealing with. Take an outside look and an outside perspective of what the situation is. And then lay out the action steps you need to take to move forward. Notice that I said to move forward. This does not mean you are going to solve every problem. This does not mean that one deep breath and one getting clear on something is going to make everything go away
