Ugh! The Anxiety!!

article image placeholderUploaded by @ResilienceRO
But for others who don't have a treadmill or anything to keep them busy in living up north or in any place that's cold, they can't go outside to exercise. You can do other things to keep you busy, but it's just moving your body, keeping your body moving and walking and sweating and just get the heart pumping. I think that's big on calming down your anxiety because you're actually moving your body

And I'm not here to say I got it figured out. I definitely don't. I have my fair shares of depression and anxiety moments from time to time. But I do know that engaging in activities and careers and with people that you resonate with definitely helps to balance you out more than anything else. If you love working out, I'd say do it all the time, at least daily, right? If you love journaling, do it every day

Thanks Ty. That was really helpful. And yeah, definitely going outside and exercising, keeping myself busy helps a lot. And also, you did teach me something new as well, and I'm going to take all those into consideration and change my daily habits and trying to stay focused on things that I really do love to do and not be so caught up in my head and getting anxiety and overthinking. I greatly appreciate your reply to my post and thank you. Have a good one
