Yeah, I recently talked to a friend who said this phrase to me, and it has really stuck with me. She said, Let go or be dragged. And that is just such a good visual. Like, that just makes so much sense in my brain right now in this phase that I'm in that honestly, a lot of people seem to be in as well. Weirdly of, like, have to shed these things that don't actually serve you
