Courageous quitting

And with a knot in my throat and facing an unfamiliar path, I took a small ounce of courage in myself and I quit. I quit so I could give myself priority, so I could take a chance on myself. And it was so scary. And knowing that you have a stable career path and you have had one since the past 14 years and you've worked to move up, but yet it wasn't fulfilling enough. And yeah, your job is not supposed to fulfill you

It's. Congratulations to you for taking a leap of faith and believing in you. It is an empowering move, one I understand and appreciate. It was September of 2021, the first time I stepped away from my job. And I'm grateful for that experience because it allowed me to recognize, to pause and recognize that I had zero desire to climb the healthcare system corporate ladder because it was an abrupt separation from my role. I did not have a plan
