And an extension of that is we're sort of passing judgment on what they're saying because we're evaluating it sort of within our own worldview. And really what those people need is a sympathetic ear. They need somebody to just say, I'm sorry, that's going on. Please describe in as much detail as you need to and for as long as you need to why this is bothersome to you. And I will do my best to understand that's what they really need
