Addiction to internet can be dangerous and it can take off your attention away from your goals. So what you can do is try to take a paper and list the things. What is creating stress in yourself and how you can overcome those stress. My friends travel often. Go out. Chill yourself, enjoy yourself but don't forget to address your worries. Try to solve them. Don't run away from the tensions or run away from the worries. Running away from the worries
