I literally was working on the computer was dozing off and then so then I was like, you know what, I'm going to take a break from the computer. Maybe I've been on the screen too much. And I went and sat down on the couch. And the last few days I have been just dozing off on the couch, sitting there looking at my phone and then all of a sudden dozed off. I have not taken a nap like that in a cat nap, like 1015 minutes
