So thank you so much. And for me personally, it all comes down to when little Teddy Me had a mother who was there for me when a father really wasn't. And a lot of that was one me and him didn't have the same interest from the get go, and that was very, very clear. And I remember this used to be something that was kind of teased on people, made fun of, if you will, and it was mama's boy

It was beautiful, and it's it's great to isolate a day for sure, to donate our energy and time to acknowledging some of the greatest leaders and forces out there. I know there's lots of celebrations going on today, and I always lean into these incredibly brave women that had it much harder than I did, and they put forward their best selves to break glass ceilings and open doors and create opportunities for people like me

So I'm very excited for her to listen, not just to me, but to so many other great voices on here, but hopefully she will contribute her voice as well. And regardless of your age or your experience or what you've been through in life, I think sooner or later, we all have great stories and we all have great sides of ourselves that we want to share with others and tell to folks. So I'm so excited for her to be a part of that
