Fourth habit is stop eating 2 hours before your sleep as it can affect the process of digestion and sleep quality. Fifth habit is read something good positive every day. It makes manage our work our work every day. It also keeps you doing stressless in your work and also have constant motivation

Keeping track on your habits gives you a good insights on the work you do and fell more comfortable.
