Self Care v Taking Care of Yourself

So we hear about self care all the time, which at this point is almost like it's so overused and feels privileged and there's all kinds of emotions and things twisted up in the word self care. But when for me, not being crazy about the word self care, when I rephrased it to what it is, taking care of yourself, and again, in the context of also learning about what that really meant from professionals, it really has, you know, changed my life for the better

Amazing message here, how to respond. I'm going to reswell this so that other people can get this tip. I feel like we can often learn and find value through remembering these, you know, the meaningful break, taking a meaningful break to build that anticipation. Right

Hey, I just want to say thanks for posting this post about taking care of yourself because it's really inspirational and uplifting, especially to someone who, you know, has had, you know, has had difficulty in taking care of themselves. You know, different people, you know, have different situations and issues that they deal with

For many of us, it's just about taking care of the self and and not in the trendy, seemingly selfish way that we may have meant before, but truly taking the time to reflect, as you've mentioned, which I started to do more of just healing and using whatever tools and what's available to self heal so that you can become not just a person who's existing, but you're living with purpose. You're living joyfully, healthfully. So yeah
