Hello friends. Welcome to the Another Swell. Our today's well topic is on meditation. So what is meditation? What is the need for meditation? Meditation is a relaxing technique like yoga and the breathing that activates the body's relaxation response. When meditation is practiced regularly, it leads to decrease in our stress level. In everyday life, meditation gives a boost in our feelings of happiness and calmness. It increases our ability to stay cool, calm and composed under pressure

Meditation is an extended period of thought or concentration. If you practice yoga and you will often meditation, you know what meditation is. But anytime you focus on one thing for a long time, it's an act of meditation. After you have thought about something for a while, you can write about it. And then writing would be called a meditation too. If you easily upset by things, consider meditation. Slowing down your thought process and concentrating on advice can make you feel better somewhere
