So that is the fitness. And to achieve it, we have to take balanced diet. And at least we have to do mild exercises and walk. Walking can be very helpful. If you can run, so you can do running and if possible, so you can do cycling. Also these things will make you fit. Fitness is not body shaming. How you look doesn't matter many times, but how do you feel? That matters a lot

Thank you so much for sharing this raghi. I am in complete agreement that fitness is not just about your physical fitness, it is about your mental, emotional and social fitness also and it is very difficult to achieve all of them at the same time.
