Psychology of habit part2

No one will be able to achieve that perfect kind of thing. Maybe someday by building some bits kind of technology ourselves, bits of habits, small things, brings out a lot of changes. That's what cutting down the nonsense is. So we should just be able to do whatever we do. We should be very ready to go with the flow by building the habit. Living in the present will make a lot of changes for the next month maybe if you start dieting today just make that today
