I've worked for large companies developing sales and lead generation programs like the Home Depot, down to small map shops as well. I do a lot more things. I've done a lot more things as a restaurant manager. I was a kitchen designer for ten years. Chicken farmer, aquaponics. We're going to be talking about so many wonderful things

So yeah, I look forward to hearing some of the interviews that you do and also to hear a little bit more about the trauma work that you do. I'm studying drama therapy right now, so I'm really interested in learning more about trauma work and using with drama therapies like really using more embodiment and projective techniques. I have also got the book. The body keeps the score. I know that's a big one and I've read another amazing book, my Grandmother's Hands by Rizma Minicum
