It changed the course of my process of healing and made me understand that just because people are family or people have grown up with you your whole life, or you've known someone for x amount of years doesn't mean that those people are meant to go into your future. And that I understood in the time that I'm trying to pull others to see things my way, it was a battle, a constant battle, because we're not on the same page

And to hear about other people doing that as well, it makes you feel like not alone. So thank you for sharing this here. And you mentioned volunteering and being a part of communities. Yes. That is what has helped me over the years. I'm in the performing arts and theater, and so I always try to surround myself with people that make me feel good where I can be creative and be my whole self. Like finding me wholeheartedly. Yes. I love that title so much
