In general, I think we are woefully uneducated about politics in this country. I tend to avoid news best I can. When I first moved to the town I was in. And even before I have a finance background, I used to at least look at state budgets, see how many was being spent. And more recently, years ago, I don't. Do this anymore

I thanks so much for taking the time to respond back to the swell. And I agree that so many things happen at the local and state level that we need to be paying attention to, and perhaps at some point I'll make my way down the food chain. Um, but I thought, why not start at the highest level of government in our country?
