Ego Death , shifting into a different reality
Because belief systems, at the end of the day, if you consider the human mind as this operating system, these belief systems are the core blueprint of how we view our reality in our everyday lives, and we don't necessarily examine that very closely. So psychology, in a way, is dissecting and deconstructing those religious beliefs. Psychology is really underrated. And coming to the topic of ego death, I think there's this process, right?
